BeijingFinancial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Finance Department & Team Building
  • Formulate & Review monthly financial, management and statutory reports
  • Formulate & Monitor Yearly Budget and Quarterly Forecast
  • Cash Management and Treasury
  • Liaise with Client, Tax Authority, Internal & External Auditors, and Banks
  • Ensure Sarbanes & Oxley Compliance for both IT and Finance.

Requirement:

  • Degree with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting

BeijingFinance Commercial Manager

Job Description:

  • Work closely and communicate confidentially with all business heads and senior management on forecast (revenue and company) and budget
  • Review all contracts and provide feedback/solutions to any arising dispute
  • Provide solutions to any issues in relation to client facing
  • Proactively involve in client pitching preparation (pricing) and client procurement negotiation
  • Supervise and manage monthly reports as well as forecast (monthly and quarterly) and annual budget



Requirement:

  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the national tax, local tax invoice certification and purchasing work
  • Responsible for the state and local tax declaration
  • Value-added tax invoices for authentication and registration

  • Responsible for the coordination of tax inspection, tax audit, authorities and other institutions

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above (Accounting / Finance / Economics and other related professionals educated); Familiar with control skilled master professional theoretical knowledge of accounting and tax
  • 5 Years working experience in tax accounting (value-added tax experience is preferred)
  • Have the accounting qualification certificate, intermediate title priority
  • Be familiar with the operation of computer office software (Excel, Power, Point, Word), the financial software system

Position: Senior Auditor (Professional Service Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, determining the scope and execution of small- and medium-sized audit and non-audit engagements.
  • Coordinating and requesting the financial records and materials from the client prior to commencement of engagements.
  • Assist in developing a list of all company employees to be interviewed during the audit process.
  • By working closely with the engagement manager, the SA assists in establishing the appropriate audit strategy, having considered the internal controls and audit risks of the client.
  • Assist the engagement manager in assigning the work to the junior team members.
  • During the fieldwork, the SA shall act as the liaison person on-site, responsible for reviewing all of the materials received from client for accuracy.
  • After consultation with the engagement manager, adapt the audit approach to changing client environment.
  • Direct fieldwork on daily basis, inform engagement manager of the work status and audit issues on timely manner and manage the performance of the junior team members through review of their work and providing timely feedback/guidance during the fieldwork.
  • Performing the audit work on key areas normally assigned to a SA, such as revenue, cost of goods sold and inventories.
  • Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit team.
  • Upon completion of audit fieldwork, the SA is responsible for preparing the deliverables for the engagements, as well as following-up with the client for any outstanding matters and issues.
  • The SA shall ensure that the time spent on the engagement is properly recorded by all the team members.
  • Provide performance feedback and identify training needs of the team members, and conduct performance reviews.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm, preferably large accounting firms
  • Certification of CICPA and other professional qualification is preferred
  • Good project management skills
  • Good written and communication skills, English speaking and writing will be an added advantage
  • Use technology efficiently, such as emails and MS Office (primarily Word and Excel)
  • A dedication to teamwork and leadership
  • Integrity within a professional environment
  • Ability and willing to travel

Position: Auditor (PSD)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in large-sized audit and non-audits engagements or assume overall control over small-sized audit assignments
  • Coordinating and requesting the financial records and materials from the client prior to commencement of engagements
  • During the fieldwork, the Associate shall act as the liaison between team leader and junior, responsible for reviewing some of materials received from client for accuracy
  • Direct fieldwork on daily basis, inform team leader of the work status and audit issues on timely manner
  • Performing the audit work on some important areas normally assigned to an Associate, but varies depending on nature and size of operations
  • Upon completion of audit fieldwork, the Associate is responsible for initially preparing the deliverables for the engagements, as well as following-up with the client for any outstanding matters and issues related to the areas that the Associate is responsible for



Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of audit experience with a reputable international or domestic accounting firm
  • Good computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, email, internet)
  • Ability to produce work to a high standard of presentation and accuracy
  • Self-organization, team spirit, professional appearance, good learning ability
  • Seeking opportunities to grow and advance a career in auditing and accounting
  • A recognized accounting qualification is a plus

Position: Senior Accountant (Outsource Accounting Dept.)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bookkeeping and group reporting on a monthly basis
  • Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations for accounts preparation process
  • Prepare financial management reports and account reconciliations and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Prepare or review tax calculation and monitor tax filing process on a monthly basis
  • Work closely with project manager and act as one of the key accountants for all clients' accounting matters



Requirements:

  • Degree holder of accounting-related discipline
  • Over 5 years accounting experience including GL, AP, AR, Cashbook
  • Understanding financial reporting system in-depth
  • Experience with ERP systems (Yongyou, Kingdee)
  • Excellent command of verbal and written skills of English and Chinese
  • With China CPA or overseas accounting qualification will be an advantage
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results

  • Responsible for bookkeeping on a monthly basis for small to medium size client

  • Prepare tax calculation and coordinate with tax filing staff to ensure tax filing deadlines are met
  • Work closely with team members including cashier, tax filing staff, senior accountant and project manager to deliver high quality service



Requirements:

  • Degree holder of accounting-related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years accounting experience including bookkeeping and reporting
  • Experience with ERP systems (Yongyou, Kingdee)
  • Familiar with China tax compliance requirement
  • Good command of English
  • Good Microsoft office skills for efficient work
  • Detail oriented in work
  • Good communication skills
