SHIRTMASTER的COMPETIVE RIVAL激烈,SUBSTITUE THREATS HIGH--SUPERMARKET SELL MUCH LOWER PRICE
CORPORATE CLOTHING的COMPETITION不太强,因为市场处于上升期,FOREIGN SUPPLIER的POWER不强
INTERNAL ANALYSIS
3.VALUE CHAIN
SHIRTMASTER的DESIGN TEAM是VALUE DRIVER要投资,PROCUREMENT是COST DRIVER
CORPORATE CLOTHING的CAD是VALUE DRIVER
4.VALUE SYSTEM
考虑OUTSOURCING COST DRIVERS
MANAGE LINKAGE WITH SUPPLIERS/RETAILERS...

6.CORE COMPETENCE把以下几项一一确认

最后分析了一下FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
主要就PROFITABILITY和WORKING CAPITAL(STOCK) TURNOVER DAYS分析了一下

第二小题15分,评价两个DIVISION通过STRATEGIC ALLIANCE在EURO发展BUSINESS的优缺点
俺的理解是问GLOBALIZATION的优点缺点

晕,同样不知道题目在问什么,反正来不及写了,随便扯了FINANCIAL RISK---GEARING RATIO/INTEREST COVER
