ACCA小故事之——85后的会计梦(转)

那些心怀梦想的人，即便这一路上布满荆棘，但如果让他们重新选择，他们中的大多数也不会后悔最初的梦想！

　　虽然财务工作人员在平日里谈起自己的工作时都会一年的不满，但若给他们一个重新选择的机会，他们中的大多数还是会选择财务，这一点在在12月14日举行的ACCA(特许公认会计师公会)华北区新会员庆典上得到了验证，此次庆典会上，年轻的新会员给出了就这个问题展开了讨论，现场的60余名新会员，每个人都有一个平凡而坚定的会计梦。

　　周畅：平凡学子也有大梦想

　　1988年出生的周畅是现场新会员中最年轻的一位，简洁干练的黑色装扮，利落的马尾辫，让人一看就有做财务的精明劲儿。大学毕业后，周畅进入雀巢公司会计部门工作。
　　2006年9月，周畅考入首都经济贸易大学财务管理专业。大学的课程体系和考试方式更像注册会计师考试，但由于报名条件的限制和会计国际化的考虑，学习ACCA就此提上了她的学习日程。
　　大学四年里，周畅除完成专业课的学习外，还通过了ACCA的13门专业课程考试，并在毕业半年后通过最后一科考试。周畅说，学习最大的障碍是英语和两种学习方式的转换。刚开始学习F1课程时，周畅把整本书里不会的单词都查了一遍，然后记下来。为了了解考试体系，她报了F1、F3两门课的考前培训班。而其他12门课程，周畅都是通过自学完成的。与英语的近距离接触，也让她以525分的成绩通过了大学英语六级考试。
　　完全不同的语言、课程体系、考试形式，对考生来说是最大的挑战。但周畅却总结出了规律。她说，ACCA主要考查考生分析和解决问题的能力。考生答题时要保持清晰的逻辑思维和整体框架，不用担心因为写错单词和语法而使考试不及格。

　　杨曌：ACCA、CPA双证“学霸”

　　生长在会计世家的杨曌在高考[微博]前就坚定了学会计的决心。综合对比后，杨曌选择了四川大学的ACCA方向班。“学霸”这个词用来形容杨曌一点儿也不过分。大学期间，她只用了三年半就完成了ACCA的14科考试。而毕业后，她边工作边学习，用了4年时间通过了注册会计师考试。
　　杨曌说，刚开始学习，面对大量的单词确实有些阻力。但后来发现，高中的英语水平完全可以应付基本的阅读，至于生词，只要学会就可以了。杨曌认为，学习要有计划、有节奏，每次考几科、复习时间如何分配等，都要写在纸上。大四上学期，杨曌通过了ACCA最后一个科目的考试。国际化的视野和清晰的财务思路是她在整个学习期间最大的收获。
　　大学毕业后，杨曌加入普华永道在中国的公司。但仍没有忘记学习。工作后的杨曌最先做的事就是报考注册会计师考试(CPA)。CPA的考试内容与ACCA的侧重点不一样。前者侧重各个科目的专业知识，内容更加细化，难度也较大。但第一次报考，杨曌就通过了2科，第二年更是一次性通过了3科。谈起自己的“考试经”，杨曌说，对待不同的考试，要先弄清考试的框架和考查思路，然后看几遍书，站在一定高度上，就会发现其实考试很简单。

　　田扬：年轻的四大合伙人

　　在会计人的眼里，普华永道、德勤、毕马威、安永，这四个世界著名的会计师事务所汇聚的都是行业里的佼佼者，业务遍布世界，能在这里工作是许多人的梦想。而1986年出生的田扬也在这里实现了梦想。
　　高中毕业时，成绩一向优异的田扬完成雅思[微博]考试后，成功申请进入英国曼城大学就读会计专业。大学里的课程与ACCA考试的很多科目是相关的，考试内容也很接近，通常是给考生20页左右的A4纸，用3小时解决一个综合性的财务问题。而这样的考试题，会计师在工作中会经常遇到。田扬说，ACCA的考试科目间有一个递进关系，从基础阶段的知识积累到技能业务，再到专业阶段的高级会计师所必需的职业和知识技能，整体学习后，能让考生站在整个公司的角度看问题。
　　4年的大学课程让田扬积淀了很多专业知识和技能，这也是他成功进入安永华明并成为合伙人，实现会计梦想的主要原因。

　　ACCA北京代表处首席代表于翔天说，2013年，中国有近600位、华北区有192名考生获得ACCA会员称号。这些会员的最大特点就是年轻。为了实现梦想，他们付出了常人无法想象的艰辛和努力。
