如何理解这段话:
the parent is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary or it is a partially owned subsidiary of another entity and its other owners,including those not otherwise entitled to vote,have been informed about,and not object to,the parent not presenting consolidated financial statements

这句话并不难理解啊
如果母公司是另一家公司的全资子公司或者部分拥有的子公司，并且公司的其它股东，即使不具有投票权的，都被告知，并都不反对这家公司不出具合并报表
