求教tax base

很难理解tax base是如何出来的，书上的example看不懂为什么income receivable也有tax base.为什么tax base要和carrying amount进行比较？
有哪位高手能概括下，谢谢

我也在考P2，不能说特别理解
但我目前的理解是
tax base只是税局用作计算暂时性差异用的，暂时性差异最后会影响到所得税费用
至于为什么income receivable也有税基，我的理解是它是资产的一种，我们说资产未来会给我们带来利益流入，这个利益流入是要扣税的，当利益流入的时候，资产的carrying amout 就会减少（比如说你消耗固定资产生产东西，折旧使资产账面价值减少），资产的carrying amout 对应的是税局的tax base，如果税局和你确认利益流入的速度一致的话，tax base应该是等于carrying amout 的，但事实上两者不一致

就举income receivable 来说吧，比如说是1000好了，税率30%，因为税法要按收付实现制，所以税基是0，和账面价1000比较，出现递延所得税资产1000*30%
会计上按权责发生制你要在当期确认这income，而income是在下期才收到
那你会在利润表中按权责发生制确认income，并入应纳税所得然后确认所得税费用1000*30%
但税法上是按权责发生制做的，它在下期你收到income的时候才确认你的1000*30%，这时你不可能再次确认所得税费用，就拿出上面说的递延所得税资产1000*30%抵税，这样你本期要确认的所得税费用就是0了，这样就ok了

我觉得关于这个receivable30%的税应该是递延所得税负债吧。借记所得税费用，本来贷记应缴税费，但是因为本期不用交，所以贷记递延所得税负债。
