关于ACCA考试科目 P7 Opening Balances的问题

If the opening balanceswere materially misstated, does that mean the subsequent financial statementswill be qualified?

Hi, the report on the Financial statement will be qualified if the management fails to response to the proposals made by the audit firm in the management letter based on the opening balances.ie the management refuse to correct the opening balances.
