2009年6月F4简答题之我见

LZ的F5看的怎么样啦，我还没开始复习呢，F5的题一般出得不偏的哦

今天突然发现计算器一个键子出了点问题，吓死我了，立马去买个新的
真是老天保佑，这要是在考场上才发现，我不废了吗

agency & partnership 里应该出一道题，这次应该不会出案例了
之前3次一次也没考过，没办法缩小范围，大家多看看简答题吧，其中partnership重要一点
agency以前考过一次implied authority 和 secretary的结合是07年06月
